Roberto Mendoza

Roberto Mendoza was born in Michoacán, Mexico, but was raised in East Palo Alto, where he has spent most of his life. At BCM, he serves by maintaining our facilities, translating, greeting everyone, and making sure the building is secure at the end of the day. A self-described “fishing kind of a guy,” when he’s not going out to the shore to catch some salmon, Roberto enjoys cooking tacos and spending time with his beloved family: his wife, two daughters, son, and 10 grandchildren.
