Josette Langevine-Kim

Josie was born in New York and raised in Brooklyn. She grew up in a Christian family and accepted Christ at a young age. She studied at Stanford University for undergrad and graduate school. At Stanford, she was a leader at Campus Crusade for Christ and volunteered with the “Stanford Carnival” that served the East Palo Alto community.

Josie worked for over 10 years in corporate and financial roles, but a transformational experience led her to turn her focus to non-profit work and deeply commit her entire life to making an impact for Jesus. She has served in children and youth ministry, but most recently as the Director of Discipleship and the youth ministries lead at New Beginnings Community Church. Josie is married and loves walking, hiking, volunteering, and her sweet dogs, Ethel and Rya.
