Jen Guan

Jen grew up in the Bay Area with immigrant parents in tech. She majored in engineering at UC Berkeley, where her involvement with college ministry sparked her passion for justice and Jesus. Her internship with InterVarsity deepened her commitment to helping students experience God and pursue justice.
After a brief stint in the tech industry, Jen returned to college ministry, serving at Cal State East Bay, SJSU, and community colleges in the Bay Area. She recently earned an MBA from Santa Clara University to better serve underserved communities and advocate for equity. Jen enjoys hearing people's stories, socializing over coffee, building communities, exercising with her family and friends, a good laugh and teaching kids piano.
