Her career is defined by leading high-stakes, cross-functional teams across the United Kingdom and the U.S. to execute large-scale change initiatives. She has leveraged her deep expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and operational excellence to consistently drive measurable results and foster collaboration at every organizational level. Sam holds four master’s degrees, including a recent STEM MBA from Santa Clara University with dual concentrations in Data Science and Strategic Leadership—a unique and powerful combination that underpins her data-driven approach. Her certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, and Prosci Change Management attest to her mastery of project execution and change adoption. Sam is also a certified speech therapist for children with autism, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to service and specialized care.
