Sam leads STEM-aligned strategic planning cycles, regulatory compliance programs and high-level governance initiatives in partnership with Executive Director, Josette Langevine. She also mentors operational leaders and project managers, aligning systems with visionary goals for community transformation.
She brings over 27 years of global experience in healthcare, life sciences and public sector transformation to her role at Hope Horizon East Palo Alto. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic planning and operational excellence has been honed through leading cross-functional teams across the United Kingdom and U.S., driving large-scale change initiatives and fostering collaboration at every level.
Holding four master’s degrees—including a recent STEM MBA from Santa Clara University with dual concentrations in Data Science and Strategic Leadership—Sam is also a certified speech therapist for children with autism. Her professional certifications include Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management with a career rooted in values of service, ethics and lasting impact.
A three-time survivor of chronic diseases, Sam’s personal journey fuels her purpose. She attributes her healing to divine grace and is devoted to giving back. Her faith, resilience and lived experience uniquely shape the heart-centered leadership she brings to Hope Horizon.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys walking, yoga, meditation, painting and cooking. She brings a global perspective, a courageous spirit, and a deep belief in the power of love, healing, and purpose to everything she does.
