Eric Lee serves as Hope Horizon’s Director of Development & Communications, helping share the stories of the young people and families we serve, strengthen relationships with supporters, and advance the organization’s mission throughout the community.

Prior to joining Hope Horizon, Eric spent more than 16 years leading operations in hospitality and franchise businesses and served for a decade as a volunteer teaching pastor in the Sacramento area. His background combines organizational leadership, communication, and a deep commitment to serving others.

Eric was drawn to Hope Horizon by its transformational work with youth and families in East Palo Alto. He is passionate about building meaningful connections between supporters and the life-changing impact taking place every day through the ministry.

Eric is Korean American and lives in San Mateo with his family.
